How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship worldwide.
In France, you have the choice between shipping to a relay point via Mondial Relay, and 48-hour shipping via FedEx.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your package. The average price is €5.99 via Mondial Relay, and €10 via FedEx.
FedEx shipping in France is free for purchases of €200 or more!
You also have the option to choose Click & Collect to pick up your order in-store, in Arles or Nîmes.
Shipping outside France is calculated based on your cart and location. Several shipping methods are available.
I placed an order, why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?
During peak periods, there may be a delay in sending confirmation emails. Also, please verify that the email address you provided is correct. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us via our contact form.
Will I have to pay taxes or customs duties on orders?
If you reside in the E.U., you will not have to pay any additional taxes or customs duties. If you reside outside the E.U., you may be required to pay import duties or taxes. ANATOLIA declines all responsibility for import duties or customs taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number depending on the shipping method chosen.
