Click&Collect (in-store pickup) is available for free at our Arles and Nîmes stores.

For shipping, Anatolia works in partnership with FedEx for standard shipments in France and worldwide. Deliveries to Europe can be made either by FedEx or Colissimo. We also offer the option of delivery to a Relay Point / Locker via Mondial Relay within France.

1. Delivery Times

Please note that we need up to 5 days to process and prepare your order. Once the package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times vary:

- France: Delivery within 72 working hours.

- International: Delivery within 5 to 10 days.

Packages are prepared and handed over to carriers from Monday to Friday. Products will be delivered to the address you provided during the order process. We commit to keeping you informed in case of unforeseen difficulties during transit.

2. Delivery Fees

Here are the details of our shipping rates:

- France home delivery: FedEx Priority delivery within 72 working hours. The cost is €10 including tax. Delivery is free for purchases of €200 or more.

- France to pick-up point / locker: Delivery by Mondial Relay for €7.90 including tax. Delivery is free for purchases of €200 or more.

- Europe (EU) home delivery: Delivery within 5 to 9 working days via Colissimo. The cost is €18.90 including tax. Delivery is free for purchases of €350 or more.

- Europe outside the EU* and Rest of the World: Home delivery within 4 to 8 working days. Delivery fees are calculated and automatically adjusted in the cart based on the volumetric weight of the package.

*Europe outside the EU: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Åland Islands, Isle of Man, Iceland, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, United Kingdom, Russia, Serbia, Switzerland, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Turkey, Ukraine.

3. Returns and Taxes Management

If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up by the customer within the allotted time (Relay Point / Locker), the order will be treated as a return. In this case, we will refund the amount of the products, with the exception of the initial delivery costs. If you wish the package to be reshipped to you, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.

4. Customs Duties and Taxes

It is important to note that depending on the selected delivery country (especially outside the EU), you may be liable for local taxes and customs duties upon receipt of your order. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient, and Anatolia cannot be held responsible for their payment.

In the event of refusal of payment or non-payment of these customs duties, import taxes or fees required by local authorities, resulting in the return of the package to Anatolia, the fees charged to the sender (including return costs and unpaid customs duties) will be automatically deducted from your refund. The refund, if applicable, will be made to the payment method used during the order, and only after receipt of the package by our logistics department and verification of its condition.
