Refund Policy
This refund policy supplements the general terms and conditions of sale and specifies the practical terms for returning and refunding products purchased on www.anatolia.fr.

1. General Return Conditions
Return period:
You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return a product and request an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund.
Required condition of returned items:
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- New, unworn, and unwashed items
- Original tags attached and intact
- Complete original packaging (boxes, bags, accessories)
- No signs of wear, perfume, or odor
ATTENTION: Any item not meeting these conditions will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2. Return Procedure
Mandatory steps:
1. Contact our customer service at info@anatolia.fr, providing your order number and reason for return
2. Receive an acknowledgment of receipt with a return authorization number within 48 business hours
3. Return the product within 15 days of obtaining authorization

3. Return Packaging and Shipping
Packaging of items:
Please carefully package returned items to prevent any damage during transit:
- Use strong and appropriate packaging
- Protect fragile items with bubble wrap
- Clearly indicate the return authorization number on the package
Special case for shoes:
For shoes, the original box is an integral part of the product. Please ensure it is properly protected during shipping. Damage to the box may result in refusal of a refund or exchange.
Recommended shipping method:
It is imperative to use a tracked service (tracked Fedex, tracked Colissimo, or other carrier with acknowledgment of receipt). Products travel at the sender's risk.
IMPORTANT: ANATOLIA assumes no responsibility for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
4. International Returns
For returns of goods shipped from abroad:
- Clearly mark "RETURNED MERCHANDISE" on the package
- Declare a low value to avoid customs fees
- Attach a copy of the purchase invoice
ATTENTION: ANATOLIA is not responsible for customs fees for returns. Any package incurring customs clearance fees will be automatically refused.
5. Return Costs
General principle:
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:
- Our error: incorrect, defective, or damaged product
- Hidden defect: defect not apparent upon receipt
In these cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label and reimburse your shipping costs up to €15 (inclusive of all taxes) upon presentation of proof.
6. Refund Terms
Refund amount:
The buyer will be refunded the total purchase amount excluding initial shipping costs, except in the case of our error where shipping costs are also refunded.
Refund period:
- Right of withdrawal: 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product
- Our error: 7 days after receipt of the product
- Defective product: 5 days after receipt of the product
Refund method:
The refund is automatically made to the bank account or card used for the initial payment. In case of technical impossibility, a bank transfer or check may be issued.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible subject to the availability of the desired product. In case of unavailability, a refund will be offered.
Price difference:
- If the new product is more expensive: you pay the difference
- If the new product is cheaper: we refund the difference
8. Exceptions and Restrictions
Exclusion periods:
During sales and private sales periods, no exchange or refund can be made, except in cases of hidden defect or non-conformity.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- Products from "SOLDES", "SALES" or "BRADERIE" collections
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Pre-orders (except for non-conformity)
- Unsealed hygiene products
9. Legal Guarantees
Regardless of this refund policy, you benefit from the legal guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity: articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code
- Guarantee against hidden defects: articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code
These guarantees apply even during sales periods and are not limited by withdrawal periods.
