First launched in 2014, the GEL-CUMULUS 16 shoe was renowned for its soft cushioning capabilities over long distances and is now reborn as a trendy and comfortable shoe. Its upper structure features a combination of shiny synthetic leather overlays, seamless panels, and breathable open mesh underlays. This fusion of materials creates a technical aesthetic symbolic of advanced running shoes in the 2010s. The shoe's soft cushioning properties are preserved with dual GEL technology inserts positioned in the rearfoot and forefoot to absorb impact. FLUIDRIDE technology helps create smooth forward transitions, while FLYTEFOAM technology offers an optimal comfortable underfoot feel. The solution dyeing process used for the sockliner reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45%.
